The Training for Trainers II course prepares experienced trainers to teach intermediate-level training for early childhood audiences. Trainers learn how to help early childhood professionals move from just understanding concepts to applying them in the early childhood setting.
Upcoming TFT II sessions
The next Training for Trainers II session will be held Oct. 25 – 27, 2017 from 8 am – 4 pm each day. The training will take place at Quality Care for Children, Room 150B, 2751 Buford Highway NE, Atlanta, GA.
What you will receive at the training
- Interactive training designed to help you meet some requirements for being a Level II Trainer in the Georgia Training Approval System.
- Information to help you design higher level training that assists participants to generalize and apply in childcare settings.
- Mentoring and coaching to improve your presentation skills at the Intermediate level.
Facilitator: Pat Minish
Pat Minish was the long-time Executive Director of GAYC before her retirement in 2014. She and Trudy Friar developed the Training for Trainers 1, 2, and 3 courses, and Pat has taught all three courses for many years. She has in-depth experience with effective ECE training and the Georgia Training Approval System. You will really enjoy Pat’s classes!
