Did you know that nearly 80% of children in Georgia who need behavioral health services don’t get them? May 5th is Children’s Mental Health Day, and together we can change the conversation about children’s mental health, and help more kids get the services they need.
Voices for Georgia’s Children is launching a campaign to support children and raise awareness of children’s mental health. Their “ask” for all of us is simple: Just ask a kid how they are feeling, and share it on social media by May 5th, using #GaKidsSpeakUp. Need more information? Watch the video to see how it works.
What else can you do?
Voices is also hosting a thunderclap campaign to help get the word out on May 5th. All you have to do is add your support by clicking here. The more people who join, the bigger our social reach will be on May 5th!
